I work with adults carrying more shame and self-blame than they should — often people who've been misread, missed, or hurt, including a lot of neurodivergent adults. My clients are willing to get uncomfortable to get somewhere different. I use EMDR and somatic work, because most of this isn't going to shift just by talking about it.


My work centers on one thing: helping you understand where the shame and self-blame actually came from, and using EMDR and somatic approaches to shift what talk therapy alone hasn't touched. Below are the specific ways I do that.
